Lara joined the insurance sector in 2016 and now works as the Global Managing Director for ISC Group where she is responsible for executing the global strategy of the group as well as managing operations in each region. Lara has been responsible for launching an ISC Group franchise model and building on the strength of local ISC regions. Further to this, Lara has been busy working on launching the business in APAC and LATAM as well as continuing to spread across EMEA.  Lara is motivated by culture change and bringing it to the insurance sector, to make everyone’s work lives better. Lara is focused on streamlining development resources to women so they can move through the ranks into leadership positions more quickly. Lara has developed and driven these development programmes and memberships for the last 5 years, continuously adapting it to the relevant issues and challenges we face today.
