Katie Lennon currently holds the position of Head of ESG, UK & Lloyd’s at AXA XL having started her insurance career in Property CAT Underwriting and progressing through roles in Strategy and Portfolio Management. As the Co-Chair of the Product Innovation Facility (PIF) at Lloyd’s she is engaged with the Lloyd’s Corporation and other market carriers on bringing innovative ideas and products to market in responding to clients’ new and changing risks. Katie holds an MEarthSci degree from Oxford University and is passionate about a range of sustainability topics.
