Caren joined the CII in October 2020 after 5 years working as an HR Consultant supporting organisations such as Square Enix, The Football Association, Comic Relief, The Royal British Legion and Anthony Nolan on assignments that included restructures, culture change, organisational redesign, leadership development, outsourcing, insourcing and off shoring. Caren is experienced in  the private, public and non-profit sector across multiple industries including professional services, manufacturing and the media. Passionate about HR and supporting the organisation to be the best it can she works with colleagues across the organisation to drive performance and engage colleagues. Caren is currently active internally and externally to the CII to drive the EDI agenda and enjoys sharing knowledge, challenging thinking and contributing to the debate wherever she can.
